The 1.5" is the perfect all around size. It gives enough width to distribute that even pressure against their throat if they happen to pull against the leash, but also not so big like the 2" if you're not into that look. Both are badass so don't hesitate to get the 2" as well. We all like options. Made of two layers of mil-spec webbing, heavy duty welded d-ring,100% polymer GT Cobra buckle, and a strip of velcro to individualize.
