How do I measure my dogs neck? 

To get the most accurate neck size. Use a flexible vinly ruler used by tailors and the point where the ruler starts to overlap, is the neck measurement. If you dont have one. Use a string or phone cord and wrap it around the dogs neck, where it overlaps. Mark it and lay it down next to a ruler or tape measure to get the size.

How do I clean my collar?

All collars should be cleaned by hand. With soap and warm water. Same with the biothane materials.

Am I able to order a custom size collar?

Yes just let us know in the comments on the product page before adding to cart or email us at dmc@kanineethics.info. There may be some cases where we won't be able to, but just let us know and we'll try and make it happen.

Can I make returns or exchanges?

Yes you can. Returns or exchanges must be done within 14 days of the date it was delivered. Just email us at dmc@kanineethics.info and we'll be happy to help. A $5 shipping charge may be applied for exchanges, when we send the new item back to you.  If there was an error on our part we'll cover the shipping costs. Products must be unused.
