Not only is the material made from super heavy duty biothane, we have stitched and riveted both the handle and the 3/4" heavy duty snap hook, making this leash down for anything you throw at it. It is not meant for your Shih-Poo named Milo. This is for a Cane Corso named Hank. (Just messin go ahead and use it for your tiny furball and get them a nice 1.5" mil spec collar to go with it.) Biothane is a perfect leather alternative. It's very easy to clean. Maintenance free. Doesn't hang on to odors. Feels great in your hand with softness and flexibility even in cold temperatures.
